A Brief Message From Our Owner,

hi, my name is Russ gilliam,

I am the proud owner and general manager of a family owned and operated business we call: TrustyCo Signs. The name is simple, it stands for my wife (Tracy), myself (Rusty) and company (my son and his dog).

In 1997, I left a lucrative fifteen year career in Corporate America mainly due to philosophical and personal reasons of principle. This decision gave me the opportunity to get back to my roots. In my personal life, this meant that I could be on 24 hour call for my family needs rather than my company responsibilities. In my business life, this meant that I could concentrate more on customer appreciation and less on corporate bottom lines.

Printing has been in my blood since birth, so to speak, as both my father and my grandfather were each master printers. Alternatively, my specialty is in the art of graphical design. The sign business emerged for me as an alternative to printing. Allowing me to fabricate larger and more complex substrates while still utilizing my design and printing skills.

After apprenticing in the sign trade for a brief time, I became the General Manager of Dirt Cheap Signs, Ltd. in Round Rock, Texas. I was manager there for four years from 2000-2003 at which time, there was a change in ownership allowing me to venture out on my own.

In September 2003, the TrustyCo Sign Company was born followed by a web presence (trustycosigns.com) in September of 2004.

We have been successful in the sign business for one reason and one reason alone: CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I have been fortunate to have a devoted and inspired customer base and following. This has been the case wherever I have gone and I am extremely appreciative. Our number one goal at TrustyCo Signs is customer service and I hope that you will give us a shot at getting to know you and your business on a first name basis.
